Participants will be given a set of topics on the spot and are required to randomly select one topic from a pile of chits. Each participant will be allotted 30 seconds for preparation, followed by one minute to deliver the speech. The event aims to assess spontaneous thinking, clarity of expression, and effective communication skills.

Language: The speech must be delivered in English.

Disqualification: Exceeding the time limit or violating the rules may lead to disqualification.
Time Alert: A warning bell will be a signal for conclusion.
Decision: The decision of the judge will be the final one.
